Stuffed Lady's finger




Ingredients:
  • Chilli Powder         -1 tblspoon
  • Amchur Powder     -1 tblspoon
  • Turmeric Powder   -1 teaspoon
  • Salt                         -to taste

Preparation Method:

  1. Cut the lady's finger two or three inch long.
  2. Mix chilli powder, Amchur powder, Turmeric powder and Salt, keep this aside.
  3. This is the sukka masala, don't add water or any oil to dis masala.
  4. cut one side of the lady's finger and fill this sukka masala inside it and do so the rest bhindi's.
  5. pour oil in the pan.
  6. add all these lady's finger and shallow fry it.
  7. And ur stuffed bhindi is now ready.

Note:
       
    Sukka Masala is the  secret ingredient which makes ur bhindi really tasty......
and its good with chappati and rice.....
